MARLOWE is a social capital expert, business strategist and speaker with 20 years’ experience and a proven track record in business, philanthropy and community. He is principal of integrated marketing & social impact firm, 2050 Partners, helping people, organizations and cities stay relevant and connected as demographics, trends and industries shift across the world. He is also founder of Roster Detroit, a digital platform disrupting the status quo of how diverse talent is amplified and connects to opportunities of today and the future.
Prior to launching his business, he served as Chief of Staff at the Skillman Foundation and project director of global business strategy at Henry Ford Health System – with notable projects in China, India and Saudi Arabia. More recently, he leads the Detroit Historical Society’s award-winning and ground-breaking and Detroit 67: Looking Back to MOVE FORWARD project. His leadership, strategy and influence has been behind several high-profile projects across the region such as JP Morgan Chase Detroit Service Corps, Detroit Public Television’s “One Detroit”, Vehicles for Change with the Detroit Lions and other major private and public-sector initiatives.
He currently serves as Strategic Social Impact Advisor for the National Hockey League (NHL) to ensure socially-focused league-wide and local team investments, resources and programs provide greater access, inclusivity and positive impact on communities by driving deep, authentic and sustainable integration and growth of hockey into the sports ecosystem and culture of diverse markets.
Stoudamire holds a Master’s in International Administration from Central Michigan University and a B.A. in Business from Wayne State University.
TATIANA is a public relations practitioner and event planner with 15 years’ experience working for some of the nation and region’s leading brands and companies. She is co-founder of 2050 Partners and serial entrepreneur, having successfully launched Infused PR & Events and a tech-based restaurant and grocery delivery service.
