LaToya Cunningham strives to connect people in relevant places and spaces, curating a positive narrative around collaboratively breaking down barriers and creating a pipeline of progressive doers intentional on pushing the needle.
With over 13 years in public relations, event planning, project management, and creative design, LaToya’s experience have led her to develop strategic marketing campaigns for organizations like the NFL Alumni and Former Players of Detroit, Major League Soccer (MLS), Central City Integrated Health System, and Detroit Recovery Project, through her company, The LC Collective, along with 13 years of experience within the Department of Defense in Logistics and Project Management.
As a full-time entrepreneur, LaToya has joined forces with 2050 Partners, Inc., to deliver broader integrated marketing and social impact strategies as Senior Associate.
A product of metro Detroit, LaToya holds an undergraduate degree from Eastern Michigan and received her Master in Business Administration from Lawrence Technological University. She is a proud and dedicated member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, immediate past president of the National Black Public Relations Society - Detroit Chapter, and 2018 New Leaders Council (NLC) Detroit Fellow and Communications Chair.
